About Foxy Club
What we're all about:
Foxy Club is here to offer fun, flexible, high-quality childcare during out-of-school hours—after school, inset days, and school holidays. We create a welcoming space packed with play and creativity for kids aged 3 to 14.
Who we cater for:
We cater for up to 32 children, aged 3–14, with up to three different rooms in use depending on the size of the group and what they’re into. Whether it’s crafting in the dining room or chill-out time in a youth zone, we mix and match the spaces to suit the kids.
How we run:
We always stick to safe ratios (1 adult to 8 kids) and make sure everyone has room to play, with at least 2.3m² of space per child aged 3–12. Our staff are focused on meeting each child’s needs—social, physical, creative, and more—in a fun and friendly setting.
Languages:
English is our main language, but you’ll spot bilingual signs around the club where helpful!
Opening Hours:
Term time: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Holiday time and Inset days: 8:30am – 5:30pm
However in exceptional circumstances we can take children from 8am In holiday club and keep them till 6:30pm in both holiday and after school club. Requests need to be made via the Registered Person Emma Fox.
Our Fees:
After School: from £15.00 per child*
Holiday Club: from £30.00 per child*
All fees are per day (Other fees may be added ie - pick up/drop offs, snacks, other club activities, drop off & pick up activities.)

Our Services
Fun and Varied Activities:
At Foxy Club, no two days are the same! We plan exciting weekly activities that mix structured fun with plenty of free play. Best of all, the kids help choose what we do—whether it's new games, crafts, or kit to add to the mix.
From creative arts and crafts, dressing up and den-making, to building Lego masterpieces or competing on our Xbox's, Wii's and Playstation—there’s something for every child aged 3–14. We also love outdoor play and team games whenever the weather allows, plus we make regular trips to the local park to keep things fresh and active.
Amazing Facilities for All Ages:
Our setting includes up to three bright, flexible halls where children can create, relax, or let off steam. There’s a quiet area in the rear hall for reading or rest, plus outdoor play space with age-appropriate toys for children 3–14. Because we’re big on fresh air, we often take the children out to local parks and community events too.
Our facilities also include:
-
Separate toilets for boys and girls
-
A fully accessible disabled toilet
-
Nappy-changing facilities
-
First aid stations and qualified first-aiders at every session
-
Safe storage for personal items
Healthy Snacks & Mealtimes:
We promote healthy eating at Foxy Club with nutritious snacks served daily. We’ve got two fully equipped kitchens and a spacious dining hall where kids can enjoy toast, fruit, milk or water during snack breaks.
Children are encouraged to help prepare snacks and tidy up after meals—it’s all part of the fun! For lunch, just pack a lunchbox and we’ll take care of the rest. We cater to a range of dietary needs and always have water available throughout the day.
