We always have at least two staff on site, with a ratio of 1 adult to 8 kids (under 8s) and 1 to 10 for ages 8–14. Half our team is fully qualified, and during holiday club we don’t need extra management staff, as we’re an out-of-school setting—not full-day care.​ 

 

You’ll also spot friendly volunteers. Everyone is fully DBS-checked for your peace of mind.
